BC Junior Boys/Girls Biathlon Open

In light of the cancellation of the 2022 BC Winter Games, Sovereign Lake Nordic Club “SLNC” and Biathlon BC are pleased to invite you to participate in the BC Junior Biathlon Open, February 25-27, 2022.
The Organizing Committee, Sovereign Lake Nordic Club, and the many volunteers are excited to host three days of fun competitions on our new and improved range and look forward to seeing you. The club athletes and families have been working hard since the summer and have made many upgrades to the range, course trails, and installation of the much-awaited electronic targets.

In light of the cancellation of the 2022 BC Winter Games, Sovereign Lake Nordic Club “SLNC” and Biathlon BC are pleased to invite you to participate in the BC Junior Biathlon Open, February 25-27, 2022.
The Organizing Committee, Sovereign Lake Nordic Club, and the many volunteers are excited to host three days of fun competitions on our new and improved range and look forward to seeing you. The club athletes and families have been working hard since the summer and have made many upgrades to the range, course trails and installation of the much-awaited electronic targets.
While unofficial training begins on February 24th, you are welcome to come earlier and explore SLNC under the lights or the sunshine!

To use the range on or before February 24th, you will be required to identify a PAL-carrying Range Safety Officer for your team, all people using the courses will be required to have a trail pass.
Due to the current covid-19 climate, spectators may not be permitted on the range. Family and friends can secure front row seats in the range by volunteering at the event.
Volunteers will be provided with lunch at no cost.

Event Protocols
- Double Vaccinations and Proof of Vaccination are required for all Volunteers, Support Staff, and Participants at ALL SLNC Hosted Races.
- All Volunteers, Participants, and Support Staff at events MUST wear a PoV wristband during events to easily identify them in the stadium and check-in with Athlete Services.
- In order to ensure the health and safety of all staff members at Sovereign Lake Nordic Club, all Staff MUST be double vaccinated with a Government approved COVID Vaccine to be employed with SLNC in 2021-22.
