Submit your trailforks or Strava track to sovereignsnowfun50@gmail.com.\nCost: FREE \nDetails: \nWe are doing a virtual SnowFun50 this year and the rules are quite simple.  Just ski the SnowFun50 course on any one day from now until March 28 and you will earn a finisher medal! \nThere are no fees or registration required\, no aid stations\, no on-course maps\, no free beer at the pub ☹ and you are on your own to plan\, support yourself and complete the course.  As it is a point-to-point ski from Sovereign to Silverstar\, you will also have to work out your own logistics for where you park and where to leave your post-ski change of clothes.See the course map below. To get instructions on how to pick up your medal\, submit your Trailforks/Strava/Garmin track to sovereignsnowfun50@gmail.com.  We only have 40 special 2020 Canadian Nationals medals so first come\, first earned. You should treat yourself to the pub when you finish to celebrate!  Long John’s in Silverstar Village has been our host in the past years so drop in for your finisher meal and tell them why you are there.  Next year we hope to have an in-person SnowFun50 where we will all gather at LongJohn’s after the event (and get a free beer!).  But for now\, whether you pick LongJohn’s or another eatery\, celebrate in the Village regardless!p.s. We will be testing our new online check-in software with our members for the first week of operations this season to make sure we are keeping all of our users as safe as possible this winter. DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, October 17\, 2018\nOpen House 6:15 – 7:00 pm\nAGM 7:00 – 8:00 pm \nThe Sovereign Lake Nordic Club will hold an Open House and Annual General Meeting on Wednesday\, October 17\, 2018 at the Schubert Centre. The Open House will run from 6:15 – 7:00 pm. The AGM will run from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. \nThe Open House will be drop-in format providing an opportunity for members to meet and greet in an informal setting to discuss season plans and new initiatives with staff and board members. Stations will be set up to display information children’s\, racing and Masters programs\, Biathlon\, strategic plan\, and volunteer\nopportunities. \nFollowing the Open House at 7:00 the business portion of the AGM will be held with reports from the Chair\, General Manager\, Treasurer\, Program Director and the elections of 5 Directors. In addition\, there will be a presentation on the strategic plan and 2020 Nationals. \nPlease come out\, meet your fellow members and find out what is happening in your Club.

The focus of the course will cover event registration page creation through to posting of results for races in all formats.
