A document has been developed that describes route considerations, general community amenities, budgetary considerations, risks and liabilities, draft operating model, and an initial description of how the project would be developed, funded, and installed.  The intent of the document is to present a single working reference that collects the details of all topics relevant to the new facility so that they can be developed and agreed upon between the working team, SLNC board of directors, and BC Parks.  This document is available here.
