Improve your skiing technique and fitness with this program designed for intermediate skiers.
This program runs over 5 sessions focusing on technique and drills while developing and improving ski fitness. Led by qualified coaches, our goal is to help you ski more efficiently and longer while having a blast on snow! It is recommended that you have skied for a season as its not designed for beginners. Participants must be able to ski 6 kilometers in 60 minutes on gently rolling terrain (e.g. Passmore & Carl Wylie trails at Sovereign). Cost: $150 for 5/ 1.5hr sessions *Trail fees are not included in the program cost. You can pay for trail fees two ways:- Purchase a Season Pass – Recommended to so you can be on the snow as much as possible.
- Those who will not ski much outside the program can purchase a 5-Punch trail pass or night ski ticket when they come skiing for the program or any other time. Please contact us for registration if this is the case.

Improve your skiing technique and fitness with coaching designed for beginner skiers.
This program focuses on technique and drills for new to beginner skiers, to develop and build ski skills and confidence over 5-lessons. Offered in small groups up to 10 participants and led by qualified coaches, this program provides offerings in either classic or skate. Cost: $150 for 5/ 1.5hr sessions *Trail fees are not included in the program cost. You can pay for trail fees two ways:- Purchase a Season Pass – Recommended so you can be on the snow as much as possible.
- Those who will not ski much outside the program can purchase a trail pass ticket for each day of the program. Please contact us for registration if this is the case.
Beginner Classic This course is aimed at skiers who are looking to start their adventure on XC skis. The course will cover the basics of classic skiing including: movement on skis, introduction to diagonal stride, herringbone and side step for hills, downhill progression including half wedge and braking wedge. Thursdays 6:00–7:30pm November 19 to December 17, 2026
Beginner Skate This course is aimed at skiers who are new or have minimal experience in skate skiing. In this course, we will introduce the basics of skate skiing technique culminating in an introduction to one-skate, the most common technique used in skate skiing. Tuesdays 6:00–7:30pm November 24 to December 22, 2026
